I am looking for a long lost friend who was called Indian Joe, reason for the nick name, he rode a brand new Indian motorcycle, what a bike, he had everything you could put on a motorcycle at the time. Little Indian head lights in the wheels which came on when the head light came on.
He was an escort for moving over size heavy equipt. & what ever needed an escort on the highways.
Problem! This was in the latter part of the 1940's.(In Little Rock, Ar.) Joe was a very kind & thoughful young man of his time.Always had a smile from ear to ear. I have often thought of him, with time growing shorter I am trying to finish my bucket list & he is one I must at least try to find & asking if in his heart he has or will forgive me for the unkind deed I pulled on him at the time.
I never saw him after that day. I can still see him sitting so stright & tall as a tear fell from his eye on to his cheek driving away.
So if you knew or know of "Indian Joe" let me know, lets hope it is not too late. Thank you for your time.
