We are the answer you are looking for. We are a flatbed carrier, but no flatbed experience is necessary, we will train you in securement. We have contracts with the 5 largest steel mills, Gov. contracts and some building materials. No age limit on tractors, as long as it passes DOT inspection, your trailer, or ours. Fuel discounts from 0.40 to 0.70 cents per gallon, depending on the state you are fueling in. Tire discounts, base plate program, 100% of the fuel surcharge, and break down assistance available. We pay for cargo insurance, not deducted from your pay. You must run under our authority.

Fleet wide average is $2.00 a mile. Weekly average is better than 2,300 miles. Multiply 2,300 by $2.00 = $4,600 a week. That works out to $18,400 each month. These are not fabricated numbers, this is the company average. You are also paid 100% of the tarpping fee paid by the customer. After all, you are the one that tarpped the load, so it's money you worked for. Paydays are twice weekly, Wednesday and Friday. You turn in your load sheets by Wednesday morning, you are paid that Friday.

Orientation is 2 1/2 days, at the end of which you receive $500. sign on bonus, followed by another $500 bonus in 30 days. We also pay .59 cpm bobtail pay for you to get to orientation. Requirements:
No failed, or refused drug tests
Must have minimum 6 months applicable tractor trailer exp.
Min 15 months verifiable work history in the last 3 years
Held valid US license the last 3 years
No DUI in the last 5 years, no DUI in a CMV ever, no more than 2 DUIs in the last 15 years
No reckless, or careless driving convictions in last 5 years
Not more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no more than 3 in 3 years
All preventable accidents in the last 5 years are case by case
No at fault rear end, lane change, or intersection accidents in the last 2 years
No roll-over accidents ever
No misdemeanors in last 3 years, felonies must be 10 years old
No drug convictions ever
No license suspensions 12 months, or more
Never cited for using radar detection
